Guild Care Monitoring Services
As more and more of our patients unfortunately develop chronic diseases, we are working on ways to monitor their health. Regular monitoring and recording are valuable aids for the doctor, the Pharmacist and the patient and can often result in better treatment.
We use a professional, up to date, accredited program called Guild Care to help us monitor our valued patient's health.
